Frame Material: Responsibly sourced oak and ash wood.
Frame Measurements: 20mm (0.79") thick and wide, wider than the classic 14mm (0.55") frame.
Paper Weight: 250 gsm (110 lb), thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils), ideal for fine art.
Paper Finishing: Matte, uncoated, natural white, archival museum-quality paper.


Packaging
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Our standard packaging for posters is:
Flat for posters up to A4
Tube for posters above A4
Some exceptions are:
Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

The posters are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

SHIPPING

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 1-3 days to prepare your prints. Please allow 3-10 business days for your prints to be delivered. Depending on your location, prints will be shipped from our printing partners in Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and Oceania.

RETURN

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Our prints are custom made to order unless they arrive damaged or defective; we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.

Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods, and then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Once you have completed your order, we will reach out to you on the Etsy messaging system with a direct download link. Please allow up to 24hrs for this link to arrive, but rest assured we’ll send this to you the very next time we’re at a computer. This link will lead you to a webpage where you can access high-resolution, 300dpi JPEG files. Then you can choose between printing at home, using a local printing service or an online printing service. We are more than happy to guide you.
